SYSTEM FOR MONITORING BORDER STATE AND PHASE

System is applied for surveillance of coast/boarder.System consists of three developed devices:

-Optoelectronic platform (OEP)
-Radio modem RМ 900.
-Radio relay device PROTON 4Е1

Basic requirements of the system are:
-Surveillance of the coast, territorial waters and land, up to 20km, in all weather conditions, day and night .
-Transmission of compressed video signal (black-white picture) from each ОЕP to command centre (CC).
-Guiding patrol boats by GPRS devices toward non-indentified sail object, shown by CC.
-Audio communication between command centre and operators at ОЕP, for maintaining purposes, or if it is necessary.
-Transmission ‘’on-line’’ signal for controlling ОЕP operating between control centre and each ОЕP.
-Possibility of surveillance and guiding a radio communication.
-Insight into real time the location of ships and its identification by system mine-foreign.
-Transmission of data of global coordinates of the object which appears at once and transmission of data to CC.
